At the Heart of Home

Of all the titles I’ve been honored to hold, the one I cherish most is “Mrs. Griffin.” Long before I became a broker, a business owner, or an advocate, I was a wife and mother — and those roles remain at the very center of who I am.

My husband, Tom, has lived a life of service and integrity. His career in law enforcement spanned more than three decades, culminating in his Presidential Appointment as U.S. Marshal for the District of South Carolina from 2018 to 2021. Today, he brings that same experience and dedication to the private sector through TMG Security Consulting, a firm he founded to advise and serve businesses and organizations on high-level safety and protection strategies. His example of discipline, faith, and service has shaped not only me, but also our two sons.

Our older son, Thomas, is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Political Science and Business. After serving as a game warden with the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, he joined me at Griffin Fine Real Estate, where his strength, focus, and deep Greenville roots now serve our clients well.

Our younger son, Teddy, recently graduated from Erskine College with a degree in Business Administration, where he was also a member of the Men’s Golf Team. With energy and fresh perspective, he is stepping into the business world, exploring both real estate and commercial opportunities with a drive all his own.

I also count it a blessing to care for my mother, who moved into our home about a year ago. Having three generations under one roof has been a reminder of how precious family truly is — and how important it is to honor the ties that bind us together.

Even our beloved Vizsla, Colt, and our black Lab, Scout, are part of our family story — a reminder that home is as much about unconditional love as it is about walls and windows.

For us, family is not only who we are — it is how we work. Our brokerage is a reflection of those values: loyalty, service, excellence, and care. Every client we serve becomes part of that extended family, entrusted with the same attention to detail and dedication that we bring to our own.

At the end of the day, whether gathered around the dinner table, walking Colt and Scout through our Greenville neighborhood, or celebrating milestones big and small, being Mrs. Griffin is the role that gives meaning to all the others.
