Ronnetta Hatcher Griffin strives to create beauty in everything she does, and if that means leaving a little sparkle along the way, well then so be it. She's a Southern lady who drinks sweet tea, eats shrimp & grits and loves monograms, gardenias and beach music. Being a wife and mother is her first priority. Making a difference in the world is not far behind.

Whether in high heels for pageantry or barefoot for Pilates, Ronnetta stays on the go. She thrives while balancing multiple projects. If she's not at home pouring her Carolina Chic soy candles, developing logos and branding for her Carolina Chic Agency clients or planning free iron screenings and media campaigns for her non-profit organization, Get Your Iron Up, she may be out organizing a Backpack Blessings food drive, attending a board meeting for the Iron Disorders Institute, speaking at an event as Mrs. South Carolina 2015 or watching her boys at a swim meet or on the golf course.

What is the common thread in all these endeavors? "The beauty is in the details," says Griffin. "I am extremely detail-oriented -- I love adding extra, unexpected touches to whatever project I lend my time to. Whether it's a handwritten note or a small gesture, I want it to be memorable. I love making things look pretty, giving gifts and seeing other people happy. I hope that comes through in all I do."

With two sons in high school and an empty nest in the near future, she has also embarked on a new career in real estate with That Realty Group. " I enjoy helping people and seeing a project through from start to finish," Ronnetta says. "I look forward to helping families unlock their door to the future, whether that means finding their dream home or selling a property in order to a pursue new adventure."

Her life philosophy? "I believe that it's never too late to try something new, pursue a long-held goal or follow a dream," says Griffin. "For me, fear of regret outweighs fear of failure. One of my favorite hashtags is #letsdothis."

With a giving heart, a positive attitude and an endless supply of sparkle, Griffin believes that doing just about anything is possible.
